The whole process was stress free while being tailored to exactly what we wanted. Michelle respected our budget and was transparent about pricing and gave us options for different levels of hotel rooms and vendors. She also worked with my mom to help book an excursion to the champagne region that was a bridal shower gift. Finally, when our flight was delayed on the way back and we got downgraded she helped us get a partial refund from the airline! Overall, we highly recommend Michelle.
